Mei Suruga vs. Momoka Hanazono
A highly anticipated match for me, but perhaps my expectations were set too high. While it was a solid match with both wrestlers having their standout moments, it could have used more cohesion. The tonal shifts were jarring and not well executed, making it feel a bit crowded. Momoka Hanazono demonstrates stability in her technique, but there is a lingering sleazy indie quality that detracts from her overall performance. In contrast, Mei Suruga's extensive experience in various wrestling promotions like AEW, CMLL, and Stardom was apparent, making Momoka's narrower indie wrestling style more conspicuous. Nonetheless, it was still an enjoyable main event as two unique wrestling styles collided. ***1/2
