IWGP Women's Championship (decision): Mayu Iwatani vs. KAIRI
Mayu Iwatani began the match as " Killer Mayu" with an assault targeting KAIRI's ailing arm, but by the end, both were in zombie mode exchanging heavy, emotionally charged attacks. It was an amazing performance befitting of the " IWGP" , that showed a fragility and emotion unique to women's wrestling in contrast to the (men's) title match before it. I think both conveyed pain and emotion in a way that would resonate even with first-time viewers. ****1/2
