6. Tokyo Princess Cup - Semi-Finals: Miyu Yamashita vs. Yuki Arai
Miyu Yamashita struck a fine balance between being a crusher and letting her opponent shine. Elevating Yuki Arai without compromising too much. The early stages seemed a bit disjointed and rushed, but everything tightened up with the elbow exchange in the middle. Arai created several impressive spots with reversals and made an excellent heat builder of a Full Nelson Buster. ****
7. Tokyo Princess Cup - Semi-Finals: Rika Tatsumi vs. Yuki Kamifuku
Rika Tatsumi's leg pressure and persistent counters forced Yuki Kamifuku to adapt and improve her signature offense. I was impressed by the ingenuity of both wrestlers, there were some spots I had never seen before, such as Kamiyu's victory roll on a kneeling Tatsumi. The match featured a lot of clever counterplay, solid execution and a convincing surprise finish. ****
